The program gives you an "anonymous #" handle when you arrive at this page. It is good manners to identify yourself to the room, by changing the anonymous tag to your name or handle.
To enter your name, click on the window next to where it says "Name:", delete the "anonymous#" name and enter your new name. Then click on the "Change" button. A message will come up to notify other visitors of your name change.
To post a message, click on the "Message:" window, and type in your messge. To send it, click on the "Submit" button, or hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
You may get an error message: error 462 telling you that you may not reregister. Ignore it. "Anonymous" identity numbers are randomly generated, so it is simply telling you that you cannot use the same number each time you visit.
